乡村振兴背景下村"两委"干部培育模式研究——以广东科贸职业学院广东村官学院为例

人才振兴是乡村振兴的重要组成部分和重要支撑,村"两委"干部是乡村振兴最重要的支撑力量,是组织振兴和产业振兴的核心力量.近年来,我国在村"两委"干部培训方面积极推进,取得了显著成效,也探索出很多有效模式.本研究对广东科贸职业学院通过建立"广东村官学院"开展乡村人才培训、打造培训体系、健全继续教育长效机制、助推县域经济的经验做法和成效进行了调研,并总结出了几点启示和建议.
Raining Model of Village"Two Committees"Cadres under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Taking Guangdong Village Official College of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade as an Example
Talent revitalization is an important support for rural revitalization,and village"two committees"cadres are the core force for organizational and industrial revitalization.In recent years,China has actively promoted the training of village"two committees"cadres,achieving significant results and exploring many effective models.This study investigated the experience,practices,and effectiveness of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade in establishing a"Guangdong Village Official College"to carry out rural talent training,build a training system,improve the long-term mechanism of continuing education,and promote county-level economy.Several inspirations and suggestions were summarized.
