乡村振兴视域下村(社区)党组织书记培训满意度影响因素的实证研究——基于广东省清远市的调查

摘要
乡村要全面振兴,人才是关键.村(社区)党组织书记是农村基层干部队伍的主心骨,担负着乡村振兴的重任.本文基于对广东省清远市103 名村(社区)党组织书记的调查,开展对村(社区)党组织书记培训满意度的课题研究.研究结果表明:培训教学和培训环境条件对培训满意度均有直接正向影响;培训整体质量在培训教学质量和培训环境条件对满意度的影响中发挥中介作用,且培训整体质量对培训满意度具有直接正向影响,培训基础对村(社区)党组织书记培训满意度具有正向影响.
Abstract
Talent is the key to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.The secretary of the village(community)party organization is the backbone of the rural grassroots cadre team,responsible for the important task of rural revitalization.This article is based on a survey of 103 village(community)party organization secretaries in Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province,to conduct a research on the satisfaction of village(community)party organization secretary training.The research results indicate that both training teaching and training environment conditions have a direct positive impact on training satisfaction;The overall quality of training plays a mediating role in the satisfaction of training teaching quality and training environment conditions,and the overall quality of training has a direct positive impact on training satisfaction.
