Research on the Implementation Path of Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Non-Central Cities—Sichuan Vocational and Technical College as the Research Center
Higher vocational colleges in non-central cities are faced with the disadvantages of remote geographical location, underdeveloped economy, weak background of industry, lack of resources and insufficient attraction. In the process of integration of industry and education, there are some problems, such as the weak leading role of the government, the lagging construction of the park base platform, the disconnection between talents training and industry demand, the low initiative of the enterprise main body, and the shortage of"double certificates and double skills"teachers. In order to promote deep integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in non-central cities,we should actively play the leading role of the government, build platforms such as campus bases, closely link the development of local industries, highlight the initiative of enterprises, and strengthen the construction of dual-qualified teachers,so as to form a new situation of win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises,to make the integration of industry and education a new motive force to serve the local economic and social development.
