Radiation Effect of "Double High-levels Plan":Forming Conditions,Realistic Problems and Countermeasures
"Double High-levels Plan"is an important project implemented by our government as the carrier to unify the quality standards,to guide the deepening reform of higher vocational colleges,and to improve the overall level of higher vocational education in China.The higher vocational colleges undertaking the project undertake the historical mission of exploring the reproducible and extensible experiences and theories,and the mission of promoting the development of other higher vocational colleges through demonstration.Therefore,the formation and function of the radiation effect of the"Double High-levels Plan"is of great significance to the realization of the overall goal of the"Double High-levels Plan".Based on the radiation theory and organizational Organizational imitation theory,this paper analyzes the basic conditions for the formation of the radiation effect of"Double High-levels Plan",the practical problems and obstacles in the formation of the radiation effect of the"Double High-levels Plan"in practice,and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the formation of the radiation effect of the"Double High-levels Plan".
