Study on the Construction of An Evaluation System of Cultivating Business English Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under Curriculum Ideology and Politics

摘要
研究基于深度调研分析,在了解商务、外贸市场对高职商务英语人才质量的满意度及实际需求的基础上,发现当前职业教育改革存在虽力度与深度并行但效果欠佳的现象.其主要原因在于官方对人才培养的质量问题缺少一个具备科学性与客观性的评价体系.在《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的指引下,构建一个课程思政背景下评价主体多元化、评价指标多维化、评价手段多样化的新时代高职商务英语人才培养评价体系,并通过具体实践验证了该评价体系的效果.
Abstract
Based on in-depth research and analysis,the research aims to understand the satisfaction of the business and foreign trade markets and their actual demand for the quality of business English majors in higher vocational education.At the same time,it discusses the existing problems in the business market and finds that the main reason for the poor effect of China's vocational education reform is the lack of a scientific and objective evaluation system.Then,under the guidance of the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era,this paper constructs an evaluation system of cultivating business English talents of the new era with diversified evaluation subjects and indicators,as well as various evaluation means,and make full practice to verify its effect.
