核心素养培养在"三步九核"教学法的探索与实践——以"洗涤剂和化妆品生产实训"课程为例

为落实教育部关于全面深化课程改革、落实立德树人根本任务的要求,以"洗涤剂和化妆品生产实训"课程教学为依托,以核心素养培养为主,任务驱动的项目教学为辅,结合高职院校的课程特点和学生的职业需求与岗位实际,对教学内容进行模块化整合,提出了"三步九核"项目任务驱动教学法.探索与实践证明,"三步九核"项目任务驱动教学法将核心素养融入课堂,推动课堂转型,贴近岗位实际,较好地培养和发展学生的核心素养,实施效果显著,有助于培养学生的核心素养和科研实践创新能力.
Exploration and Practice of Core Literacy Cultivation in "Three Steps and Nine Cores" Teaching Method—Take"Practical Training on Detergent and Cosmetics Production"as an Example
In order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,the teaching content is integrated into modules for the course"Practical Training of Detergent and Cosmetics Production",with the core literacy training as the main task and task-driven project teaching as the supplement."Three Steps and Nine Cores"Teaching Method is combined with the curriculum characteristics of higher vocational colleges and students'career needs and actual positions.Exploration and practice have proved that the task-driven teaching method of"Three Steps and Nine Cores"integrates core literacy into the classroom,promotes the classroom transformation,is close to the actual position,and better cultivates and develops the core literacy of students.The implementation effect is remarkable,which is helpful to cultivate the core literacy of students and the ability of scientific research practice and innovation.
