Current Situation and Improvement of Traditional Teaching Evaluation Model Based on the Construction of Provincial "Double High-level Plan"—Taking Teaching Evaluation of Young Vocational Teachers as an Example
Guided by the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era,combined with the construction of teachers in provincial high-level vocational colleges,and using the teaching evaluation results as a problem-oriented approach,this paper analyzes the impact of the traditional teaching quality evaluation model and evaluation results on the development and career growth of young teachers,based on the current start-up provincial"Double High"universities,with"Student-Supervisor-Peer-Leader"as the main body.Suggestions have been put forward for three-dimensional improvements such as reconstructing the connotation indicators of evaluation,introducing non-stakeholder evaluation,and optimizing evaluation value-added empowerment.This includes implementing people-oriented,digital empowerment,strengthening process evaluation,exploring value-added evaluation,perfecting comprehensive evaluation,and improving result evaluation.Its expected that the improved evaluation system will better reflect the diagnosis,feedback and improvement functions of teaching evaluation,return to the original intention of educating people,help young teachers grow,adapt to the reform of modern vocational education,and achieve the goal of high-quality development of teaching.
