摘要
怀有仁爱之心谓之慈,广行济困之举谓之善.慈善传递着人们的爱与希望,助力解决各种社会问题.然而近年来,慈善活动中施助者"诈捐"、受助者"骗捐"、慈善组织违规操作与善款他用等失信行为时有发生.这与慈善参与者诚信缺失、监管不足、立法缺失等都有着极大关系.从道德自律、多方治理、法律法规三方面出发制定对策,可促进我国慈善事业健康可持续发展.
Abstract
Having a heart of love and helping the poor is called kindness.Charity conveys people's love and hope,and helps to solve various social problems.However,in recent years,charitable activities such as fraudulent donation by donors and recipients,illegal operation by charitable organizations,and other dishonest behaviors occur frequently.This is greatly related to the lack of integrity of charity participants,insufficient supervision,and lack of legislation.Formulating countermeasures from the three aspects of moral self-discipline,multi-party governance,laws and regulations can promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's philanthropy.
