摘要
新时代文化体制改革是适应经济社会发展的重要举措.从基本任务来看,要以新时代文化体制改革推动文化事业全面繁荣、促进文化产业快速发展和建设社会主义文化强国.从科学导向来看,推进新时代文化体制改革既要坚持马克思主义方法论的理论导向,又要坚守社会主义先进文化的价值导向,还要坚定中华文化走向世界的结果导向.从着力路径来看,推进新时代文化体制改革应当处理好意识形态属性与产业属性、社会效益与经济效益、中华传统文化的传承与发展这三对辩证关系.
Abstract
The reform of the cultural system in the new era is an important measure to adapt to economic and social develop-ment.From the perspective of basic tasks,we must promote the all-round prosperity of cultural undertakings,promote the rapid devel-opment of cultural industries and build a strong socialist culture through the reform of the cultural system in the new era.From a scien-tific perspective,to promote the reform of the cultural system in the new era,we must adhere to the theoretical orientation of Marxist methodology,adhere to the value orientation of advanced socialist culture,and firmly strengthen the result orientation of Chinese culture to the world.From the point of view of efforts,promoting the reform of cultural system in the new era should deal with the dialectical relationship between ideological attributes and industrial attributes,social benefits and economic benefits,and the inheritance and de-velopment of traditional Chinese culture.
