摘要
扎实推进中国式现代化需要强有力的劳动力支撑,需要健全高质量劳动力市场体系,其着力点在于打造全国统一的劳动力市场信息平台,建立上下协调的劳动力市场管理制度,完善公平有效的劳动力市场保障机制,由此形成一个竞争有序、标准规范、制度完善、服务功能齐全的高质量劳动力市场体系,从而依托高质量劳动力市场体系发展的成效,助力推进现代化强国建设和民族复兴伟业.
Abstract
The robust advancement of Chinese-style modernization requires strong labor support and the establishment of a high-quality labor market system.The focus should be on creating a unified national labor market information platform,establishing a well-coordinated labor market management system,and improving fair and effective labor market guarantee mechanisms.This will lead to the formation of a high-quality labor market system that is competitive,standardized,well-regulated,and fully functional.The effec-tiveness of this system's development will contribute to the practical actions that drive the construction of a modern,powerful country and the great rejuvenation of the nation.
