Paths to Improve Resilience Capabilities and Promote the Modernization of Municipal Social Governance——Analysis of typical cases based on regional society in Beijing
Municipal governance can be modernized by improving resilience.The article proposes the"'Technology-Organiza-tion-Institution'Analysis Framework for the Modernization of Municipal Social Governance"and conducts a case analysis of the"Dusuri"heavy rain event that is rare in the history of Beijing.The study found that the construction of technological resilience,organ-izational resilience,and institutional resilience is consistent with the concept of realizing the modernization of municipal social govern-ance.In particular,technological resilience plays an important role in the process of municipal social governance.
