Practical Exploration and Optimisation Path of Nuclear Safety Culture Construction in China's Nuclear-Related Enterprises——Taking CNNC as an example
Safety is the lifeline of the nuclear industry,and nuclear safety culture is one of the core elements of the cultural con-struction of nuclear-related enterprises.Continuously promoting the landing of nuclear safety culture is a powerful measure for China's nuclear-related enterprises to enhance their nuclear safety management capability and level.It is of great significance to analyze the sig-nificance of strengthening the construction of nuclear safety culture in nuclear-related enterprises,to sort out the development history of nuclear safety culture,and to summarize the history and practice of the construction of nuclear safety culture in China National Nuclear Corporation(CNNC),in order to accurately grasp the effectiveness of the construction of nuclear safety culture and the current situa-tion,and to put forward the suggestions of strengthening the construction of nuclear safety culture in nuclear-related enterprises.
