水环境对热熔胶胶接木粉/聚乙烯复合材性能影响的研究

通过万能力学试验机实验,研究了双组分丙烯酸酯胶粘剂、EVA、YEVA、PA以及PUR等5种胶粘剂胶接木粉/聚乙烯复合材的胶接性能,以及EVA、YEVA、PA和PUR 4种热熔胶胶接木粉/聚乙烯复合材的胶接耐水性能.实验结果表明,EVA、YEVA和PUR热熔胶胶接强度要好于双组分丙烯酸酯胶粘剂,且4种热熔胶的胶接耐水性能都好于双组分丙烯酸酯胶粘剂;PA热熔胶胶接强度随浸水时间延长下降最明显.
Performance of hot melt adhesive bonded wood/polyethylene composite under water soaking
The bonding performance of the hot melt adhesives,including the two-component acrylate,EVA,YEVA(rigid EVA),PA(polyamide) and PUR(polyurethane) based adhesives,to the wood-polyrthylene composite and the waterproofness of the bonded wood-polyethylene composite specimens with the hot melt adhesives,including EVA,YEVA,PA and PUR based adhesives is superio to that for the two-component acrylate adhesive,and the decreasing of bonding strength for PA based adhesive with increasing the soaking period on water is the clearest among EVA,YEVA,PA and PUR based adhesives.
