Research advance of epoxy adhesives with heat resistance
The modification methods to increase the heat resistance of epoxy adhesives, including adding the resins with heat resistance, introducing the functional groups with high-temperature resistance or heat resistant materials and increasing their high-temperature resistance by using special curing agents, were reviewed in this paper. The development trend of epoxy adhesives with high—temperature resistance in the future was prospected at last.
