基于成本控制对建筑用胶的设计与应用需求,本文以传统氰酸酯胶粘剂为研究对象,通过在胶粘剂中加入苯酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚和间苯三酚等改性剂的方法,考察了其对建筑用胶热稳定性、粘接性能等影响,并分析了基于成本控制的建筑用胶的应用.结果表明,无论是苯酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚和间苯三酚改性前还是改性后,胶粘剂的红外光谱图中的特征峰位置差异不大,都存在—OH特征吸收峰、—CH3特征峰、—OCN特征峰、C===N特征峰和Cr0特征峰.在胶粘剂中加入苯酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚和间苯三酚等改性剂后,胶粘剂试样的热稳定性有不同程度增大,焦炭产量有少量增加,表明改性胶粘剂能够保证氰酸酯胶粘剂有良好热稳定性.在胶粘剂中加入苯酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚和间苯三酚等改性剂后,胶粘剂试样的剪切强度都有不同程度的增大.基于成本控制的建筑用胶的适宜改性剂添加为1%的对苯二酚.
Modification and material control of different building adhesives based on cost factors
Based on the design and application requirements of cost control for building adhesives,this paper took traditional cyanate adhesive as the research object,and investigated its influence on the thermal stability and bond-ing properties of building adhesives by adding phenol,hydroquinone,resorcinol and resorcinol to the adhesives,and analyzed the application of building adhesives based on cost control.The results showed that no matter before or af-ter modification of phenol,hydroquinone,resorcinol and resorcinol,there was little difference in the positions of the characteristic peaks in the IR spectra of the adhesive,and there were all the characteristic peaks of—OH absorp-tion,—CH3,—OCN,C===N and Cr0.After adding phenol,hydroquinone,resorcinol and resorcinol to the adhesive,the thermal stability of the adhesive sample increased to different degrees,and the coke yield increased slightly,which indicated that the modified adhesive could ensure the good thermal stability of the cyanate adhesive.After adding phenol,hydroquinone,resorcinol and resorcinol to the adhesive,the shear strength of the adhesive samples increased to different degrees.The suitable modifier for construction glue based on cost control is 1% hydroquinone.
