Mechanism and performance analysis of grouting bonding material for bridge and tunnel leakage repair
In the construction of many engineering projects,the leakage of highway bridges and tunnels often oc-curs.The common leakage is mainly due to various cracks.If it is not repaired in time,it will cause damage to the internal structure of the building,reduce the stability rate,and have potential safety hazards,endangering the con-struction staff and related devices.In particular,the problem of leakage in construction projects such as highway bridges and tunnels has always been a problem that must be solved in the construction process,but the treatment is difficult and the procedure is complex,which has always been difficult to solve.Therefore,based on the grouting ma-terial,this paper studies the feasible method of treating engineering leakage.Acrylate grouting material was pro-posed to be used for grouting repair to optimize its performance and efficacy.In this test,the durability and adapt-ability of the material were verified according to the simulated construction site application situation of the site.The results show that the acrylate grouting material is easy to operate,has little impact on the relevant raw materials,has strong plugging durability and shows good performance in low temperature environment.
