低温环境下不同胶粘剂对纸膜粘接的影响及性能比较

针对纸与膜粘接在低温环境下的脱胶失效问题,寻求改善其低温粘接性能的方法.通过对比分析不同类型的胶粘剂性能指标,筛选出更适合低温环境使用的胶粘剂.研究发现,丙烯酸类胶粘剂在低温条件下具有较好的粘接性能.玻璃化转变温度更低,接触角更小的胶粘剂,在低温环境下具备更好的粘接性能,能满足日常使用要求,为解决纸膜粘接在低温下的脱胶问题提供了有效的解决方案.
Effect and performance comparison of different adhesives on paper film bonding in low temperature environment
Aiming at the problem of debonding failure of paper-film bonding in low-temperature environments,a method to improve its low-temperature bonding performance was sought.By comparing and analyzing the perfor-mance indexes of different types of adhesives,a more suitable adhesive for low-temperature environment was screened out.It has been found that acrylic adhesives have better bonding performance at low temperatures.The adhe-sive with lower glass transition temperature and smaller contact angle has better bonding performance in low tempera-ture environment,which can meet the requirements of daily use,and provides an effective solution to solve the prob-lem of degumming paper film bonding at low temperature.
