Material optimization and structural design of waterproofing,energy-saving and insulation systems for building roofs
Taking Chongqing and other southern regions as examples,the engineering application technology and practice of vacuum insulation composite insulation and waterproof adhesive materials for construction are dis-cussed.A thin plastering system for pasting insulation boards is selected,ensuring that the bonding area of the base wall and vacuum insulation board must be at least 80%,so as to improve the tensile bonding strength between the base wall and the surface of the system board.The insulation slurry vacuum insulation board building exterior wall external insulation system,which is composed of plastering mortar,adhesive mortar,insulation slurry,vacuum insu-lation board and finishing materials,is applied to the outside of the building exterior wall.Vacuum insulation panels must rely on sealing to achieve their low thermal conductivity and vacuum performance.After drilling and cutting,their vacuum degree will be reduced,which will affect the insulation performance of the insulation panel.The struc-tural design of calcium silicate board sandwich insulation panel together with cast-in-place concrete insulation sys-tem,steel wire mesh frame insulation and anti-cracking slurry sandwich insulation panel and steel plate mesh sand-wich vacuum insulation board wall insulation system is adopted.The results show that the composite insulation pan-els can effectively improve the tensile bonding performance of insulation system components,greatly enhancing the impact resistance of the system.
