Research on the interface bonding effect of B10 reinforced concrete based on tunnel support system
In response to the problems of insufficient performance and large rebound of wet sprayed concrete dur-ing the initial support of traffic tunnels, precast concrete specimens were selected for 5 days and 1 year to prepare specimens.B10 reinforced concrete interface agent was injected into them for filling and bonding, and performance tests of shear strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, flexural strength and other properties were carried out,and the bonding effect of the B10 adhesive concrete interface agent and the concrete interface was analyzed and tested in depth. The experimental results showed that the curing time and temperature had a positive correlation with the strength of the specimens. In the flexural strength test, the maximum bending strain of concrete specimens at all temperatures was significantly higher than the technical index of 450,indicating good flexural performance. In the compressive elastic modulus test, all data of B10 specimen met the requirements and were not less than 2 MPa.Finally, based on the comparison of material properties,it was found that B10 reinforced concrete interface agent had excellent material properties, which is of great practical significance for optimizing tunnel support systems,im-proving the safety and stability of support systems.
