超粘磨耗层用材改性优化对沥青路面性能的影响研究

沥青路面的抗滑性和耐磨损性能对于道路使用寿命、行车安全和行车舒适度都起着至关重要的作用.本研究以通过超粘磨耗层改善沥青路面性能为目的,将基质沥青、乳化剂、盐酸、稳定剂以及降粘剂作为超粘磨耗层基本材料,并加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(SBS)改性剂,制备粘接用材料,将矿料、水泥、纤维、乳化沥青、水按照100∶1.0∶0.2∶11.0∶6.0配比制备拌合材料.在沥青路面均匀散开粘接材料,并摊铺超粘磨耗层拌合料,测试其优化性能.经检验可知:应用该材料的最低渗水系数保持在400~450 mL/min之间,平整度检测均保持在1.0 mm以下,车辙变形未超过3.0%,抗压强度在27~28 MPa之间,最高破损率未超过5%,且耐磨与防滑效果较好,具有较强的防水雾性与降噪性,且道路运营的影响较小.
Influence of material modification optimization of superviscous abrasion layer on the performance of asphalt pavement
The slip and wear resistance of asphalt pavement plays a crucial role in road longevity,driving safety and driving comfort.for the purpose of improving the performance of asphalt pavement through superviscous abra-sion layer,matrix asphalt,emulsifier,hydrochloric acid,stabilizer and viscosity reducer were used as the basic ma-terials of superviscous abrasion layer,and styrene-butadiene-styrene terpolymer(SBS)modifier was added to pre-pare bonding materials,and ore,cement,fiber,emulsified asphalt and water were prepared according to the ratio of 100∶1.0∶0.2∶11.0∶6.0.The adhesive material was evenly spread on the asphalt pavement and the super-adhesive abrasion layer mixture was paved to test its optimal performance.The effect test showed that the minimum permea-bility coefficient of the applied material was kept between 400~450 mL/min,the flatness detection was kept below 1.0mm,the rut deformation did not exceed 3.0%,the compressive strength was between 27~28 MPa,the highest damage rate did not exceed 5%,and the wear resistance and anti-slip effect were good,with strong effects of water-proof fog and noise reduction,and the impact of road operation was small.
