基于美学与环保的一种多彩艺术涂料制备及应用性能研究

为同时提高建筑的环保性和美学工艺,试验在丙烯酸乳液和各种助剂基础上,以红外反射型钛白粉550和空心玻璃微珠作为反射隔热填料,添加适量颜料,制备一种多彩艺术涂料.针对艺术涂料的太阳光反射比(TSR)以及近红外反射比(NIR)进行研究.结果表明,在艺术涂料中添加红外反射型钛白粉550,会使其TSR和NIR提高;空心玻璃微珠的添加则对艺术涂料TSR和NIR的影响较小;而在艺术涂料中添加颜料,会降低其TSR和NIR,降低程度从大到小为普通铁红颜料、无机硅铁红颜料、有机苝红颜料.在艺术涂料中,添加6%钛白粉、12%空心玻璃微珠和适量有机颜料,其反射性能和基本性能均良好.
Research on the preparation and application performance of a colorful art coating based on aesthetics and environmental protection
In order to improve the environmental protection and aesthetic process of buildings at the same time,on the basis of acrylic acid lotion and various additives,infrared reflective titanium dioxide 550 and hollow glass beads were used as reflective heat insulation filler,and an appropriate amount of pigment was added to prepare a colorful art coating.Sunlight reflectance(TSR)and near-infrared reflectance(NIR)of art paints were studied.The results showed that adding infrared reflective titanium dioxide 550 to artistic coatings increased their TSR and NIR.The ad-dition of hollow glass microspheres had a relatively small impact on the TSR and NIR of artistic coatings.Adding pigments to artistic coatings reduced their TSR and NIR,and the degree of reduction is ordinary iron red pigment,inorganic silicon iron red pigment,and organic perylene red pigment.In artistic coatings,6% titanium dioxide,12% hollow glass microspheres,and an appropriate amount of organic pigment were added.At this time,the reflective and basic properties of artistic coatings are good.
