一种改性高弹尼龙压疮坐垫特性测试分析及应用

针对传统尼龙材料韧性差的问题,提出一种改性高弹尼龙材料的制备,并以该材料为原料制作老年压疮坐垫,预防老年压疮的产生.试验结果表明,使用分子量为931的四乙烯五胺(TEPAF)为原料,在热塑性弹性体乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)∶氧化石墨烯(GO)=1∶0.6条件下制作的相容剂可使MAPOE在尼龙基体内分散良好,不出现明显分容现象.此时制备的改性高弹尼龙弯曲强度、压缩强度和拉伸强度分别为117、124和88 MPa,韧性得到明显改善.以该改性高弹尼龙制作的压疮坐垫护理重症老人,在降低压疮发生率方面具有一定的应用价值.
Analysis and application of a modified high elastic nylon pressure ulcer seat cushion
Aiming at the problem of poor toughness of traditional nylon materials,a modified high elastic nylon ma-terial was proposed for preparation,and this material was used as the raw material to make elderly pressure ulcer seat cushions to prevent the occurrence of elderly pressure ulcers.The experimental results showed that the compati-bilizer made under the condition of thermoplastic elastomer ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)∶graphene oxide(GO)=1∶0.6 using tetraethylenepentamine(TEPAF)with molecular weight 931 as raw material could make MA-POE disperse well in the nylon matrix without obvious volume separation.At this time,the flexural strength,com-pressive strength and tensile strength of the modified high-elastic nylon were 117,124 and 88 MPa,respectively,and the toughness was significantly improved.The pressure ulcer cushion made of modified high-elastic nylon has certain application value in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers in the nursing of the critically ill elderly.
