Preparation and application of hydrophilic traditional Chinese medicine polyurethane dressing for general surgery
In order to improve the performance of polyurethane foam for general surgery,the preparation of polyure-thane foam dressing was optimized,and its clinical application effect was explored.The results showed that the poly-urethane foam dressing had the best performance when the water consumption was 60 pbw,the content of silicone oil L580 was 7.5 pbw,the molecular weight of PEG was 4 000,and the content of cross-linking agent glycerin was 0.75.When the dressing was used for gastrointestinal surgery patients in general surgery,the wound healing rate of the polyurethane foam dressing prepared in this experiment was significantly higher than that of the traditional hy-drogel combined with sterile gauze group(P<0.05).Therefore,the polyurethane foam material prepared in this study can be used for the clinical care of patients in general surgery,and has certain clinical application value.
