装配式轻质混凝土墙板制备材料优化及性能测定

针对传统装配式陶粒轻质混凝土在使用过程中易出现开裂的问题,提出一种新型装配式轻质墙板的制备.试验对轻质混凝土的配比进行优化,以优化后的轻质混凝土为原料制作轻质墙板,对轻质墙板的性能和实际应用效果进行分析.试验结果表明,选择发泡剂类型为十二烷基磺酸盐类发泡剂,发泡剂掺量为10%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%制备的轻质混凝土28d抗压强度为12.5 MPa,软化系数为0.94,90 d干燥收缩值为0.377 mm/m,坍落拓展度为508 mm,满足轻质墙板制作要求.以该混凝土为原料制作的轻质墙板各项性能均满足JC/T 2214-2014《钢筋陶粒混凝土装配式轻质墙板》标准的要求.
Optimization of preparation materials and performance measurement prefabricated lightweight concrete wall panels
In order to solve the problem that traditional prefabricated ceramsite lightweight concrete is prone to cracking during use,a new type of prefabricated lightweight wall panel was prepared.The ratio of lightweight con-crete was optimized,the lightweight wallboard was made from the optimized lightweight concrete,and the perfor-mance and practical application effect of the lightweight wallboard were analyzed.The experimental results showed that when the type of foaming agent was dodecyl sulfonate foaming agent,the foaming agent content was 10%,and the polypropylene fiber content was 0.2%,the compressive strength of the prepared lightweight concrete was 12.5 MPa at 28 days,a softening coefficient was 0.94,a dry shrinkage value was 0.377 mm/m and the slump ex-pansion degree was 508 mm at 90 days,meeting the requirements for the production of lightweight wall panels.The lightweight wall panels made from this concrete meet the requirements of JC/T 2214-2014"Reinforced Ceramsite Concrete Prefabricated Lightweight Wall Panels"standard in all aspects of performance.
