为提高光伏分布式电站运行质量,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种薄膜传感器,并结合5G无线通信技术,实现了实时、准确的光伏分布式电站电流数据采集与调控.试验结果表明,当极化电压为+10 V,上电极为Pt,制备的薄膜具有良好的光伏性能,电流和电压均达到最大值,分别为0.012 μA和0.28 V;基于薄膜制备的传感器,具有良好的灵敏性和重复性,灵敏度为0.3 μA/A,平均标准差为0.32;结合5G无线通信技术和薄膜传感器,可实现光伏分布式电站实时、准确的数据采集,为光伏分布式电站调控提供了理论参考.
Research on photovoltaic distributed collection and control based on 5G/sensor fusion
In order to improve the operation quality of photovoltaic distributed power stations,a thin film sensor was prepared by sol-gel method,and combined with 5G wireless communication technology,real-time and accurate current data acquisition and control of photovoltaic distributed power stations were realized.The experimental re-sults showed that when the polarization voltage was+10 V,the upper electrode was Pt,thin film prepared had good photovoltaic performance,with both current and voltage reaching their maximum values of 0.012 μA and 0.28 V,re-spectively.The sensor based on thin film had good sensitivity and repeatability,with a sensitivity of 0.3 μA/A,and the average standard deviation was 0.32.By combining 5G wireless communication technology and thin film sen-sors,real-time and accurate data collection of photovoltaic distributed power plants can be achieved,providing theo-retical reference for the regulation and control of photovoltaic distributed power plants.
