不同固封无人机对牵张场地图像采集的影响及数据提取

为确保无人机稳定运行,试验使用双组分硅橡胶胶粘剂粘接无人机主控芯片,然后研究在双组分硅橡胶胶粘剂粘接作用下,无人机对牵张场地图像采集的数据提取效果.结果表明,在双组分硅橡胶胶粘剂中,当补强填料气相纳米二氧化硅的添加量为20%、增粘剂为0.5%羟基硅油复配0.5%KH550硅烷偶联剂时,胶粘剂拉伸强度为2.24 MPa,粘接拉伸剪切强度为1.18 MPa,具有良好的拉伸性能、粘接性能和热稳定性;双组分硅橡胶胶粘剂可稳定粘接无人机主控芯片,结合Slic图像分割算法可使无人机对牵张场地的面积数据提取精度达到96.52%,道路长度数据提取精度达到97.79%,无人机运行和图像采集稳定性良好.
The influence and data extraction of different sealed drones on the collection of traction field map images
To ensure the stable operation of the drone,a two-component silicone rubber adhesive was used to bond the drone control chip in this experiment,and then the data extraction effect of the UAV on the image acquisition of the stretching site under the action of two-component silicone rubber adhesive was studied.The results showed that in the two-component silicone rubber adhesive,when the addition amount of reinforcing filler gas-phase nano silica was 20%,and the thickening agent was 0.5% hydroxysilicone oil combined with 0.5% KH550 silane coupling agent,the adhesive had a tensile strength of 2.24 MPa,a tensile shear strength of 1.18 MPa,showing good tensile,adhesive,and thermal stability.The two-component silicone rubber adhesive could stably bond the drone control chip.Combined with the Slic image segmentation algorithm,the accuracy of extracting the area data of the traction site and the road length data of the drone could reach 96.52% and 97.79%,respectively.The stability of drone oper-ation and image acquisition is good.
