基于单片机结合温湿度传感器的露天矿山监测试验

为满足对露天矿山温湿度的实时监测需求,以聚酰亚胺薄膜为原料,制备了一种温湿度传感器用复合薄膜,并基于该薄膜分别制备了温度传感器和湿度传感器.结合AVR单片机与所设计的温湿度传感器,设计实现了露天矿山监测系统.试验结果表明,所设计的温度传感器具有良好的线性和灵敏度,最大非线性误差2.5%,相关因子为0.998,灵敏度为0.002 0℃,平均响应时间为50 s;所设计的湿度传感器具有良好的线性和灵敏度,且响应时间较快,平均响应时间为40 s,满足设计需求;所设计的露天矿山监测系统可实现远程露天矿山温湿度监测,具有响应速度快和体积小、功耗低的特点.
Research on open-pit mine monitoring system based on single-chip microcontroller combined with temperature and humidity sensors
To meet the real-time monitoring requirements for temperature and humidity in open-pit mines,a com-posite film for temperature and humidity sensors was prepared using polyimide film as raw material,and a tempera-ture sensor and a humidity sensor were prepared based on the film.Combined with the AVR microcontroller and the designed temperature and humidity sensor,the open-pit mine monitoring system was designed and realized.The ex-perimental results showed that the designed temperature sensor had good linearity and sensitivity,with a maximum nonlinear error of 2.5%,a correlation factor of 0.998,a sensitivity of 0.002 0℃,and an average response time of 50 seconds.The designed humidity sensor had good linearity and sensitivity,and the response time was fast,with an average response time of 40 seconds,meeting the design requirements.The designed open-pit mine monitoring sys-tem can achieve remote temperature and humidity monitoring in open-pit mines,with the characteristics of fast re-sponse speed,small size,and low power consumption.
