Research on the impact of 300 MW boiler combustion system optimization and NOx generation
In order to achieve both energy saving and environmental protection in boiler combustion, the influence of various combustion conditions on boiler thermal efficiency and NOx generation was studied.A 300 MW subcritical W-type flame boiler was taken as the research object, and the operation test data were obtained through boiler combustion adjustment. The results showed that the average concentration of NOx and thermal efficiency of SCR inlet increased with the increase of boiler oxygen. With the gradual closing of the burn-out damper, the average NOx concentration at the SCR inlet increased, but the thermal efficiency increased first and then decreased.Under the same load, the thermal efficiency of running four mills was higher than that of running three mills, but the NOx concentration of SCR inlet was also higher. The adjustment of the arch damper increased the amount of NOx generation.Within a certain range, increasing the opening of the arch damper could ensure that the boiler thermal efficiency is not lower than the design value.
