Research and optimization of hydraulic steering system for coal mine underground transport vehicle
The underground auxiliary transportation of coal mine is the key component of underground transporta-tion system.The thin coal bed underground transportation vehicle can effectively ensure the safety of auxiliary trans-portation of materials.The principle of the hydraulic steering system was deeply analyzed,and the optimized two-stage pilot control flow amplifier hydraulic steering system was designed,which effectively overcame the prob-lem of heavy-duty steering.At the same time,the hydraulic cylinder was optimized in many aspects,including the sealing system,structure and protective measures.These optimization measures can effectively deal with the prob-lems caused by the harsh environment of coal transportation roadway,ensure the reliable operation of underground operation of transportation vehicles,improve the transportation capacity of vehicles,and enhance the safety of under-ground transportation.
