基于红外监测的电站设备热状态智能感知识别技术

研究基于红外测温技术,提出一种变电站设备热状态智能感知识别新方法.结合Tophat变换法,对红外测温图像进行亮度均衡化处理,通过判断信噪比,实现对热状态区域与背景区域的有效分离.对三阶颜色矩进行定义以及融合处理,得到红外测温图像的颜色特征.通过构建图像的灰度判据,明确变电站设备的运行状态.对该方法的感知效果进行了检验,结果表明,该方法对设备热状态的感知灵敏度较高.
Based on infrared temperature measurement technology,a new intelligent perception method of thermal state of intelligent substation equipment was proposed.Combined with the Tophat transformation method,the bright-ness of the infrared temperature measurement image was equalized,and the effective separation of the thermal state area and the background area was realized by judging the signal-to-noise ratio.The third-order color moments were defined and fused to obtain the color features of the infrared temperature measurement image.By constructing gray-scale criteria for images,the operational status of substation equipment was clarified.The perception effect of this method was tested,and the results showed that the method had a high sensitivity to the perception of the thermal state of the equipment.
