摘要

列尾装置对货物列车运输安全起到了非常重要的作用,列尾装置故障会带来巨大的安全隐患和经济损失风险.探究列尾装置与监测系统的应用现状,提出一种列尾装置运行实时监测系统优化,文中阐述了该系统总体设计、功能模块设计和软硬件设计,系统主要由采集传输装置和列尾装置检测设备组成,对列尾主机、机车台的电性能与功能参数进行采集,STM32F407ZGT6主控板进行数据的接收、判断和故障报警等,同时也可传输至外部设备,以对列尾状态趋势和寿命周期等进行实时监测和综合研判,为列车运输安全提供保障.

Abstract

The tail-train device plays a very important role in the safety of freight train transportation,and the fail-ure of the tail-train device will bring huge security risks and economic losses.Based on this,this paper briefly de-scribes the application status of tail-end device and monitoring system,proposes a real-time monitoring system for tail-end device operation,and introduces the overall design,function module design,software and hardware design of the system.The system is mainly composed of acquisition and transmission device and detection equipment of tail-end device,and collects electrical performance and functional parameters of the tail-end host and locomotive platform.The STM32F407ZGT6 main control board is used for data reception,judgment and fault alarm,etc.,and can also be transmitted to external equipment for real-time monitoring and comprehensive research and judgment of the status trend and life cycle of the train tail,providing guarantee for the safety of train transportation.
