An Analysis of the Relationship Between Marx's Philosophy and Hegel's Philosophy from the Perspective of Property Rights——Centered on"Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right"
In the"Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right",the differences between Marx and Hegel are not only evident in their views on socio-political issues such as civil society and the state, but also in their attitudes towards individual rights, including property rights. In this work,Marx appeared to critique only the property rights theory in the"Ethical Life"section of Hegel's work"Elements of the Philosophy of Right,"specifically the chapter"The State".However,in the discourse,Marx also engaged with the property rights theories presented in the"Abstract Right"sec-tion and adapts the theories from the"Civil Society"chapter in the"Ethical Life"section.Through the processes of studying, critiquing, and adapting these theories,Marx completed a comprehensive critique of Hegel's property rights theory and ultimately establishes a clear direction for his revision of the property rights theory within the"Civil Society"chapter. Moreover, this comprehensive critique lays a solid theoretical foundation for Marx's subsequent shift towards the critique of political economy.
