"反劳动"文化是当代青年面对内卷化的社会压力对劳动的意义与价值产生认识偏差,进而选择逃避劳动的态度与行为的文化现象,它映射出青年群体中存在的自我认同焦虑和劳动价值观偏离,严重挫伤了青年的劳动热情."反劳动"文化掀起了集体性的网络狂欢,对劳动正义的破坏、对过度竞争的抵抗、对群体狂欢的沉迷是其产生的原因,以"反内卷"为表征的"消极抵抗"、以"泛娱乐"为表征的"及时行乐"、以"泛怀疑"为表征的"质疑嘲讽"是青年群体在新型劳动环境下表达内心焦虑的主要方式.我们要从社会、媒体、学校、青年四个层面消解"反劳动"文化对青年劳动精神的侵蚀作用,大力营造"劳动幸福"的社会氛围,树立"劳动光荣"的价值观念,引导青年真正成为有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代好青年.
Abstract
The"anti-work"movement reflects a cultural phenomenon where contemporary youth,fac-ing the pressures of social involution,develop a distorted understanding of the meaning and value of work,leading to attitudes and behaviors that avoid work.This phenomenon mirrors the anxiety of self-identity and the deviation from work values among young people,significantly undermining their enthusiasm for work.The"anti-work"movement has triggered a collective online carnival character-ized by the disruption of labor justice,resistance to excessive competition,and indulgence in group revelry.Its manifestations include"passive resistance"represented by"anti-involution,""hedonism"represented by"pan-entertainment,"and"suspicion and mockery"represented by"general skepti-cism,"which are the primary ways the youth express their inner anxieties in the new work environ-ment.To counteract the corrosive effects of"anti-work"movement on the value of work in youth,it is essential to address this issue at social,media,school,and individual levels.A societal atmo-sphere must be created that celebrates the happiness of work,establish values that honor the glory of work,and guide young people to become idealistic,responsible,resilient,and dedicated individu-als in the new era.
