共同富裕视角下农村文化产业赋能乡村振兴:内涵、机理与路径

摘要
实现全体人民共同富裕始终是中国共产党人的奋斗目标,也是亿万人民群众的共同期盼,而要实现共同富裕,乡村振兴是必经之路.基于新的历史条件,共同富裕视角下农村文化产业赋能乡村振兴要实现全覆盖、推进高质量发展、形成强大合力、推动渐进共富,其作用机理主要表现为农村文化产业赋能"农业强""农村美"和"农民富".在新时代新征程上,我们要积极推进国家政策性文件落地生效、提升农村公共基础设施质量、拓宽农村文化产业融资渠道、加大文化产业人才供给力度、以数字赋能厚植新质生产力,在推进共同富裕中激活农村文化产业助力乡村振兴的新生命力.
Abstract
Achieving common prosperity for all people has always been the goal of the Communist Party of China and the common expectation of all Chinese people.To realize common prosperity,ru-ral revitalization is an essential path.Under new historical conditions,empowering rural cultural in-dustries for rural revitalization from the perspective of common prosperity requires comprehensive cov-erage,the promotion of high-quality development,the formation of strong synergy,and the advance-ment of progressive prosperity.The mechanism of this empowerment primarily manifests in strengthen-ing agriculture,beautifying rural areas,and enriching farmers through rural cultural industries.On the new journey of the new era,national policies must be actively implemented to improve the quali-ty of rural public infrastructure,expand financing channels for rural cultural industries,increase the supply of cultural industry talents,and leverage digital empowerment to cultivate new quality produc-tive forces,thus to invigorate the rural cultural industry,thereby contributing to rural revitalization and advancing common prosperity.
