In June 2024,General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Ningxia once again,four years after his previous visit,delivering an important speech that charted the course for Ningxia's moderniza-tion,high-quality development,reform and opening-up,and common prosperity for the people.Gen-eral Secretary Xi Jinping's speech,delivered from the strategic perspective of Chinese-style modern-ization,accurately diagnosed key issues related to Ningxia's long-term development and provided ef-fective solutions,thereby outlining a grand blueprint for building a beautiful new Ningxia.The speech also provided clear direction and fundamental guidelines for the development of various under-takings in the region.We must approach the study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jin-ping's important speech with a high level of political consciousness,enthusiasm,and determination,transforming the learning outcomes into a powerful driving force for the construction of a modern and beautiful new Ningxia,and into practical actions that contribute to positive entrepreneurship.By do-ing so,we will make our contributions to the Ningxia chapter of Chinese-style modernization.
