摘要
中国新型政党制度是马克思主义政党理论同中国具体实际相结合的伟大政治创造,其话语体系的构建具有重要意义,既是提升国家话语权的需要,也是坚持和完善这一制度的需要.中国新型政党制度话语体系的内容构成是对这一制度的理论表达,包括理论性话语、实践性话语、价值性话语、制度性话语的形态,具有不同于西方政治制度话语的功能指向.构建中国新型政党制度话语体系,需要从政治维度、历史维度、文化维度出发,着力研究政党制度话语的学理基础、深刻内涵、文化背景与演进逻辑,彰显制度优势、传播正确声音、回应国际关切,从而提升这一制度的国际影响力和话语权.
Abstract
China's new political party system represents a significant political innovation,integrating Marxist political party theory with the specific practices of China.The construction of a discourse sys-tem for this new political party system is of great importance,serving both to enhance the country's discourse power and to uphold and improve the system itself.The content of this discourse system in-cludes a theoretical articulation of the system,encompassing theoretical discourse,practical dis-course,value-based discourse,and institutional discourse,with functions distinct from the discourse of Western political systems.To build a robust discourse system for China's new political party sys-tem,it is essential to approach it from political,historical,and cultural dimensions.This involves deeply exploring the theoretical foundations,profound connotations,cultural background,and evolu-tionary logic of the political party system discourse.The goal is to highlight the advantages of the sys-tem,disseminate the correct narratives,and address international concerns,thereby enhancing the in-ternational influence and discourse power of China's new political party system.
