As the core and dominant force of the new technological revolution,artificial intelligence(AI)is gradually ushering humanity into a brand-new era of intelligence,becoming a critical driver of digital economic development.The rapid advancement of AI technology illuminates a promising fu-ture for the liberation of labor.However,under the intertwined influences of capital logic,technologi-cal logic,and disciplinary logic,AI has also given rise to new manifestations of alienation of labor in the AI era.These manifestations include the emergence of proactively coerced labor under the dom-inance of digital technologies,concealed exploitation under the control of digital platforms,and the fragmentation of social hierarchies.To mitigate these risks,it is urgent to reconstruct the production relations in the AI era to restrain capital's dominance over intelligent technology,shift from techno-logical backlash to the restoration of technology serving humanity,regulate the value orientation of AI applications,and enhance positive interactions between AI and humans.These actions are essential to ensuring that AI technology serves humanity's labor needs and to providing robust mechanisms to avoid the risks of alienation of labor in the AI era.
