摘要
坚持依法治理民族事务,既是习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想的重要组成部分,也是新时代我们党在实践中探索解决民族问题正确道路的重要支撑.依法治理民族事务,是党的创新理论在宁夏的生动实践,是全面依法治区战略在民族工作领域中的集中彰显,是创建铸牢中华民族共同体意识示范区的根本要求,是促进民族团结进步事业高质量发展的重要保障.未来,应加强党对依法治理民族事务的全面领导,加强和改进适应民族工作发展的地方立法,依法保障各族群众合法权益,培育人民群众的法治信仰,依法治理民族事务,不断提高民族事务治理能力和水平.
Abstract
Upholding the rule of law in ethnic affairs is not only a key component of General Secre-tary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening and improving work on ethnic affairs but also a crucial foundation for the Party's exploration of the correct path to resolving ethnic issues in the new era.Governance of ethnic affairs by rule of law represents the vivid practice of the Party's innovative theories in Ningxia,highlights the strategic implementation of comprehensive law-based governance of the region in terms of ethnic affairs,and serves as a fundamental requirement for the creation of model areas that strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese national community.It also acts as an important guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of ethnic unity and progress.Moving forward,it is essential to strengthen the Party's comprehensive leadership in the governance of eth-nic affairs by rule of law,improve local legislation that aligns with the work of ethnic affairs,en-sure the legal protection of the legitimate rights and interests of people from all ethnic groups,foster a belief in the rule of law among the populace,and continuously enhance the governance capacity and level regarding ethnic affairs through legal means.
