Litigation source governance is a vital component of social governance,and the construc-tion of a digital governance community for litigation sources is a necessary extension of social gover-nance in the context of digitalization.The digital source governance community shares similarities with the social governance community in terms of foundational principles,construction pathways,and gov-ernance subjects.Confronted with challenges such as lack of ideological unity,inconsistent progress,limited initiative,and insufficient legal support,the digital source governance community is supported by technology and fundamentally seeks to unify thought.It shapes diverse forms such as digital com-munities,ideological communities,cultural communities,and legal communities under the umbrella of digital technology.Enhancing the coupling between digital technology and the litigation source gov-ernance community,this approach deepens the development of governance mechanisms for litigation sources in terms of both governance and prevention.The future construction of these mechanisms should explore dimensions of governance,prevention,and public participation to foster comprehensive development in digital litigation source governance.
