摘要
新中国成立之初至朝鲜战争爆发，美国的全球战略重点是遏制苏联势力在欧亚地区扩张，表现在对待新中国问题上就是设法阻止中苏接近，离间中苏关系。朝鲜战争爆发后，美国当权者错误的判断导致错误的战争。其后，美国利用其战后膨胀起来的军事、经济优势，对新中国进行政治、经济、军事的全面遏制，公开与中国人民为敌。
Abstract
During the period from the founding of the People＇s Republic of China （PRC） to the outbreak of Korean War, the emphasis of America＇s global strategy was to prevent the former Soviet Union （SU） from extending its influence on Europe and Asia. As a result, America tried to block the normal interaction and drive a wedge between PRC and SU. After the Kore- an War broke out, the American authorities misjudged the situation and entered this wrong war. Then by taking advantage of its fast expanded military and economic superiorities after WorldWarlI, United States adopted a full containment policy ranging from politics, economy to military on PRC, and made an enemy of Chinese people openly.
