摘要
党的二十大报告开启了中国式现代化的新征程.具有人口规模巨大、全体人民共同富裕、物质文明和精神文明相协调、人与自然和谐共生、走和平发展道路特征的"中国式现代化",对应用型本科院校的发展提出了全新的要求.应用型本科院校应立足于洞悉地方经济社会发展需求的信息优势、获得基层政府专项支持的资源优势、学校数量及在校生规模的数量优势、专业设置服务地方经济社会发展的质量优势,谋求特色发展之路.培养高质量的人才使得应用型本科院校在应对老龄化社会、扎根基层推进共同富裕、托举基层文化活动、普及工程伦理、讲好中国故事和传递中国声音方面有所作为.
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China outlined the grand blueprint of"Chinese path to modernization".The distinctive features of Chinese path to modernization are a huge population,common prosperity of all people,co-ordinated material and spiritual civilization,harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and peaceful development.The"Chi-nese-style modernization"has put forward new requirements for application-oriented undergraduate colleges.These institutions should capitalize on their advantages in understanding the needs of local economic and social development,accessing resources supported by grassroots governments,the quantity of schools and student enrollment,and the quality of program offerings that serve local economic and social development,in order to seek a path of distinctive development.By cultivating high-quality talents,applied undergraduate institutions are making contributions in addressing the challenges of an aging society,advancing common prosperity at the grassroots level,supporting grassroots cultural activities,promoting engineering ethics,telling the Chinese story well,and conveying the voice of China.
