摘要
党的纪律建设是中国共产党百年来立足历史关键时期和应对重大风险挑战的有效方式,并且在整肃党内风气、锤炼党员党性等方面成效显著.抓好党纪学习教育必须坚持党纪学习教育与党史学习教育及革命实践经验相结合,坚持依规治党与依法治国相结合.新时代开展党纪学习教育还需强化党内法规的规范作用,强化理论与时俱进的创新作用及强化症结针对意识的指向作用,将整肃党风、锤炼党性作为开展党纪学习教育的主要目的.
Abstract
The construction of Party discipline has been an effective method for the Chinese Communist Party over the past century to address critical historical periods and major risks and challenges,and it has been effective in purging the Party's internal ethos and re-fining the Party members'Party spirit.To effectively conduct the Party's discipline learning and education,we must insist on combi-ning it with the study and education of Party history,and to adhere to the combination of governing the Party according to regulations and governing the country according to law.In the new era,to carry out Party discipline learning and education,it is also necessary to strengthen the normative role of the construction of Party laws and regulations,strengthen the innovative role of the theory of keeping pace with the times and strengthen the role of the crux of the problem against the role of the consciousness,and to take the purification of the Party style and refinement of the Party spirit as the main task of carrying out the Party discipline learning and education.
