基于党纪学习教育的高校师德师风建设机制探究

摘要
高校党员教师学习新修订的《中国共产党纪律处分条例》,检视言行、警醒自身,与师德师风建设的要求相契合.党纪学习教育能有效促进党员教师精神风貌与道德素养的提升.合理、有效的党纪学习教育能有力地促进高校的师德师风建设.党纪学习教育"五体联动模型"是促进高校师德师风建设机制运行的内在基点.
Abstract
The learning and education of the newly revised"Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China"can effectively promote the spiritual outlook and moral qualities of Party member teachers.College Party member teachers reflect on their words and deeds according to the"Regulations",and remain vigilant,aligning with the requirements of teacher ethics and style con-struction.The study of Party discipline holds contemporary value and necessity.Theories can only be effective when put into practice;thus,Party discipline learning and education can strongly promote the construction of teacher ethics and style in colleges.The"Five-Body Interaction Model"serves as the intrinsic basis for the operational mechanism by which Party discipline learning and education promote the construction of teacher ethics and conduct in colleges.
