儒学视野中的共同富裕:哲学依据、理念内涵及其实现

摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是千百年来中国人民的朴素愿望.儒家虽没有明确提出"共同富裕"的概念,但在摆脱贫困、追求美好社会的理论和实践中包含着对共同富裕这一普遍价值的儒学表达和有益探索.当前学界虽关注到共同富裕与传统文化方面的联系,但对儒家"为何实现共同富裕""实现何种共同富裕""如何实现共同富裕"等问题及其支撑的哲学机理缺乏更为深入的探讨.儒家对共同富裕的思考更多基于道德哲学的角度,这主要有三点:一是就天道而言人道,以天道均平和仁爱之本作为共同富裕的哲学根据;二是采用道德正义的方式来实现公平正义的分配,注重物质和精神的同步富裕;三是强调正当合德的致富方式以及兼济天下的共富理念.这些为我们当前推动共有、共建、共富、共享的社会主义共同富裕提供了重要的思想资源.
Abstract
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and the simple wish of the Chinese people over the centuries.Although Confucianism has not explicitly put forward the concept of"common prosperity",the theory and practice of getting rid of pov-erty and pursuing a better society contain Confucian expressions and useful explorations of this universal value of common wealth.Al-though the current academic circles have paid attention to the connection between common prosperity and traditional culture,the Con-fucian concept of"why to realize common prosperity","what kind of common prosperity to realize",and"how to realize common wealth"have been discussed.The question of"how to realize common prosperity"and the philosophical mechanism underpinning it lack more in-depth discussion.Confucian thinking on common prosperity is more based on the perspective of moral philosophy,which has three main points:first,it is to speak of humanism in relation to the Way of Heaven,and to take the equalization of the Way of Heaven and the principle of love and benevolence as the philosophical basis for common wealth;second,it is to adopt the way of moral justice to realize fair and just distribution,and to pay attention to the simultaneous affluence of the material and the spiritual;and third,it is to emphasize the way of getting rich in a justified and virtuous way,as well as the concept of common wealth that can help the whole world.These provide important ideological resources for us to promote the shared,co-constructed,and co-beneficial com-mon prosperity in socialism today.
