摘要

基于中国高等教育学会出版的《全国普通高校大学生竞赛白皮书(2012—2017)》,以南京工业职业技术学院为例,从竞赛分级分类、学科竞赛管理机制、管理流程等3个方面分析了高职院校学科竞赛管理现状,并提出了相应的改进建议,以期激发高职院校学生兴趣和潜能,促进人才培养.
