摘要
针对汽车车架可靠性试验周期长、检测时机难把握的工程问题,基于企业台架试验的方法,以某轿车的前副车架为研究对象,利用有限元技术建立了该副车架有限元分析模型,并通过计算分析得到全寿命疲劳分析和裂纹扩展规律,验证了仿真结果的可信度,为台架试验的检测时机等提供了科学参考.
Abstract
This paper, according to the engineering problem of long cycle and difficult timing of vehicle frame reliability test, based on the enterprise bench test, takng the front sub-frame of a car as the research object, uses the finite element technology to establish a model for the finite element of the sub-frame, and obtaines the fatigue analysis and crack propagation law of the whole life through calculation and analysis. The credibility of the simulation results is verified, which provides a scientific reference for the detection timing of the bench test.
