共享单车使用满意度的影响因素研究

摘要
结合共享单车的使用特征及其满意度影响因素,构建共享单车使用满意度结构方程模型,并运用SPSS19.0和AMOS17.0软件分析数据.结果显示,"灵活便捷"对居民满意度影响系数最大,"主观规范"和"经济成本"也是影响共享单车使用满意度的重要因素.此外,研究表明,居民在使用共享单车达到满意后,有81％的可能性会对共享单车产生忠诚.
Abstract
Based on the use characteristics of shared bicycles and the influencing factors of user satisfaction, a structural equation model for the satisfaction of shared bicycles was constructed, and data was analyzed through SPSS19. 0 and AMOS17. 0 software. The results show that "flexibility and convenience"has the greatest impact on users' satisfaction, "subjective norms"and"economic costs"are also important factors affecting user satisfaction. In addition, the study has shown that 81％ residents are likely to be loyal to shared bicycles.
