摘要
为定量研究"全面二孩"政策对居民购房意愿的影响,在南京市栖霞区随机选取部分居民作为调查对象,通过面对面访谈及填写调研问卷的形式向调查对象进行数据的收集整理,并进行描述性统计,同时构建logit模型来分析调研中获得的数据,据此提出全面"二孩政策"对居民购房意愿的影响并对我国的住房市场提出改进建议.
Abstract
In order to quantitatively study the impact of two-child policy on the willingness of residents to purchase houses, in this paper, some residents in Qixia District of Nanjing were randomly selected as the survey objects, through face-to-face interviews and questionnaires to collect data and make descriptive statistics. Meanwhile, a logit model was constructed to analyze the data obtained in the survey and the impact of two-child policy on resident willingness to purchase houses to propose improvements to the housing market in China.
