摘要
针对目前我国高职院校教学管理中出现的问题,借鉴"以学生为中心"的教育理念,从教学管理理念、教学管理机制、教学管理模式、教学管理信息化建设和教学管理人员队伍建设等五个方面提出对策,试图为高职院校教学管理工作的创新提供参考.
Abstract
In view of the problems existing in the teaching management of higher vocational colleges in China, this paper draws on the "student-centered"education concept, and proposes countermeasures from five aspects of teaching management concept, teaching management mechanism, teaching management mode, teaching management information construction and teaching management team building, to provide reference for the innovation of teaching management in higher vocational colleges.
