摘要

基于职业教育教师肩负着为社会培养"工匠型"人才的重任,指出职业教育教师自身必须成为"工匠型"教师,并探讨了"工匠型"教师应具有的内涵和特征.只有拥有崇高的匠德、独特的匠心和高超的匠能,并具备鲜明的时代精神、人文精神、科学精神、专致精神和创造精神的"工匠型"教师,才能进一步提升职业教育质量,促进我国制造业跨越式发展.

Abstract

Based on the responsibility of vocational education teachers to train"craftsman-type"talents for the society, this paper points out that vocational education teachers themselves must become "craftsman-type"teachers, and explores the connotation and characteristics of "craftsman-type"teachers. Only by possessing noble craftsmanship, unique spirit and superb craftsmanship, and with the distinct spirit of the times, human spirit, scientific spirit, specialism and creative spirit, can the quality of vocational education be further promoted and improve the vocational education quality and achieve leaping development for China's manufacturing industry.
